The Customer Service Skill Set addresses the skills and knowledge to provide customer service for an organisation. This course focuses on developing skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service in a range of contexts, including developing strategies and using techniques to resolve customer difficulties and complaints. Skills and knowledge are developed via our simulated business and include fun, interactive role-plays.
The units of competency included in the training are:
- SIRXPDK001 Advise on products and services
- BSBOPS304 Deliver and monitor service to customers
- BSBOPS305 Process customer complaints
- SIRXCEG002 Assist with customer difficulties
On successful completion of this course, you may choose to undertake further study and complete the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business qualification. If you do, you will receive recognition for the above units which meet the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) specialisation.
